  • Multimedia: Photos or videos taken during sessions for promotional, training, or evidentiary purposes (e.g., incident documentation).

  • Other Information: IP addresses, browser types, and usage data from website interactions; feedback or survey responses.

We do not collect sensitive information (e.g., racial or ethnic origin, political opinions) unless it is volunteered and relevant (e.g., for accessibility accommodations).

2. How We Collect Personal Information

  • Directly from You: When you make a booking online, complete a liability waiver, provide emergency contacts, or participate in sessions (e.g., via iPad for waivers, photos, and bonds).

  • During Operations: Through safety briefings, skills checks, or end-of-session debriefs.

  • Automatically: Via our website (e.g., cookies for analytics) or third-party tools for payment processing.

  • From Third Parties: Rarely, from emergency services (e.g., in incidents) or payment gateways.

We only collect information with your consent, except where required by law (e.g., incident reporting to DBCA).

3. Purposes for Collecting, Using, and Disclosing Personal Information

We collect and use your personal information primarily for:

  • Processing bookings, payments, and bond collections/refunds.

  • Ensuring safety and compliance (e.g., verifying age, fitness, and identity; associating waivers and emergency contacts).

  • Providing services (e.g., tailoring sessions to skill levels, allocating equipment).

  • Communicating with you (e.g., confirmations, reminders, safety notifications like weather or evacuation alerts).
