Service Description
Children aged 8 and above are eligible to participate. Riders under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is also taking part in the session. This is a group motocross hire experience for 4–8 riders exploring Pinjar State Forest together. Choose your riding zones from the available difficulty levels: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced. This service is for riders who already know how to operate and ride a bike. An instructor will provide instruction and conduct a site trial to assess each rider. If a rider cannot safely operate the bike, the bike will not be provided and the booking is non‑refundable. All bikes are GPS‑tracked. Please arrive 15–30 minutes early with valid photo ID and a physical credit card for the security bond. A safety briefing, waiver, and gear fitting are mandatory. Video, photos, and drones are welcome where safe.
Cancellation Policy
Before Your Session: Arrive 15–30 minutes early – late arrival (>15 min) may shorten your time or, for groups, start without you. No refunds for lateness or no-shows. Security Bond – $250 AUD per bike/rider pre-authorised on physical credit card only (no cash/debit). Fully refundable upon return of the bikes and gears with no damage. MANDATORY : Bring valid photo ID. NO CREDIT CARD or NO ID = NO BIKE = NO REFUND. On Arrival Arrive 15–30 min early. Read & sign waiver. Provide photo ID + emergency contacts. Get fitted with gear. Attend mandatory briefing / instruction. ALL ABOVE STEPS REQUIRED – no exceptions. Safe riding! 🏍️ Requirements: -Age 8+ (minors need guardian). -Disclose health conditions (if applicable). -No alcohol/drugs (alcotest) NO BIKE and NO REFUND to any client under alcohol/drug. -Private insurance/ travel insurance strongly recommended.
