Service Description
Children aged 8 and above can take part in this activity, and any rider under 18 must attend with a parent or guardian who is also joining the session. Every young participant completes a safety briefing and an instructor assessment before entering the riding zones, ensuring they understand the bike controls, essential safety rules and how to ride confidently. This guided motocross lesson and forest tour is designed for groups of 4–8 riders and accommodates complete beginners through advanced riders. To keep the session clear and structured, the instructor uses three ability categories: Level 0–1 — First‑Time & Early Riders Ideal for new riders or those with very limited experience. Focus on basic bike operation, balance, braking, cornering and safe body positioning. Level 2 — Intermediate Riders Suitable for riders who already have some confidence and control. Focus on improving technique, throttle management, trail awareness and handling uneven terrain. Level 3 — Advanced Riders Designed for skilled riders working on higher‑level techniques. Focus on obstacle crossing, body positioning, line selection and navigating red/black difficulty zones. Groups may be separated for the lesson portion so each rider can progress at an appropriate pace, then reunited for the guided tour through Pinjar State Forest. Beginners receive coaching before entering the trails, while experienced riders explore more challenging sections selected to match their ability. Riding areas include green, blue, red and black zones, allowing the instructor to tailor terrain to the group’s confidence and skill level. All bikes are GPS‑tracked for safety and monitoring throughout the forest. Riders must arrive 15–30 minutes early with valid photo ID and a physical credit card for the security bond. A safety briefing, waiver and gear fitting are required before the session begins. Full safety gear is provided, bikes are professionally maintained, and student cards must be shown to receive student pricing; otherwise, a $29.90 fee applies.
Cancellation Policy
Before Your Session: Arrive 15–30 minutes early – late arrival (>15 min) may shorten your time or, for groups, start without you. No refunds for lateness or no-shows. Security Bond – $250 AUD per bike/rider pre-authorised on physical credit card only (no cash/debit). Fully refundable upon return of the bikes and gears with no damage. MANDATORY : Bring valid photo ID. NO CREDIT CARD or NO ID = NO BIKE = NO REFUND. On Arrival Arrive 15–30 min early. Read & sign waiver. Provide photo ID + emergency contacts. Get fitted with gear. Attend mandatory briefing / instruction. ALL ABOVE STEPS REQUIRED – no exceptions.
