Service Description
-Video, drones and photos welcome. -Level 0 (First ride experience). -Level 1 (ride 1-5 times, needs a refresher/ improve skills). -Level 2 (Intermediate level, want to expand skills such as position, turns, jumps, wheelie, stoppie). Requirement : -Group of 4 max. -8yo to 60yo (working with children check). -GPS tracked bike during the ride.
Cancellation Policy
Before Your Session Arrive 15–30 minutes early – late arrival (>15 min) may shorten your time or, for groups, start without you. No refunds for lateness or no-shows. Security Bond – $250 AUD per bike/rider pre-authorised on physical credit card only (no cash/debit). Fully refundable if no damage. Mandatory: Bring valid photo ID. No card/ID = no bike = no refund. On Arrival Arrive 15–30 min early. Read & sign waiver. Provide photo ID + emergency contacts. Get fitted with gear. Attend mandatory briefing: fire risks, evac routes, track rules, bike/equipment operation. All steps required – no exceptions. Safe riding! 🏍️ Requirements Age 8+ (minors need guardian). Disclose health conditions. No alcohol/drugs. Travel/activity insurance recommended for students, backpackers & non-Australians. Cancellations & Rescheduling See full Refund Policy. Cancel/reschedule yourself up to 72 hours before via My Bookings. >72 hours → Full refund (less any fees). <72 hours or no-show → No refund (bikes, coaches & track reserved). Weather/safety cancellations → Full refund, 12-month credit, or free reschedule (your choice).
